Two weeks of arts and frivolity in a magical setting
GET TO THE
It’s the perfect place to take in the sights and sounds of the festival. At our Festival Grassroots Hub, you’ll be able to mingle with artists, enjoy the best of the Gourmet in the Gardens food trucks and be merry at the Good George Garden Bar, open every evening from 5pm.
The Festival Grassroots Hub is made possible by the generous support of Grassroots Trust.
THOSE SUMMER NIGHTS
Stop by the stunning Turtle Lake Stage of Enlightenment to start off your festivities, with free live entertainment from 5pm. It’s set to be the whānau-friendly hangout spot of the summer.
Entertainment at Turtle Lake is made possible thanks to Waikato’s incubator of enlightened thinking, The University of Waikato.
MORE PLACES AND SPACES
Our city is growing, and so are we. With the magical Hamilton Gardens firmly established as the heart of the Festival, we’re excited to extend our footprint to now include the Meteor Theatre, Hamilton Central City and Clarence St Theatre. And, because we’re changing things up, why not explore our brand new premier venue, Harkness Henry’s Emporium of Scintillating Wonders – you’ll have to see it to believe it.
